West Liberty-Salem’s boys bowling team defeated Riverside Tuesday, while Calvary Christian’s girls team dropped WL-Salem and Riverside in a local tri-match at T-P Lanes.
The Tiger boys defeated the Pirates 2,507-2,009. The Spartans won the girls match with 1,856, the Pirates were second with 1,759 and the Tigers were third with 1,658.
Calvary Christian’s girls were led by Amariah Tanner with a 354 series and Keri Howard with a 279 series. Makayla Hartley added a 278 series.
For Riverside, Laraleigh Kerns paced the team with a 308 series, Bridgette Hemlinger had a 267 series and Alexa Klingler rolled a game of 153.
WL-Salem’s girls saw Hailee Clifford roll games of 153 and 115 for a 268 series and Rachel Larson had game of 133 and a 228 series.
For the Tiger boys, Reese Shafer rolled a game of 239, Brad Burt had a game of 204, Treven Marchal had a game of 189, Justin Salyers rolled a game of 176 and Mike Price had a game of 156.
Dalton Lowery led the Pirates with a game of 216 and a 379 series and Tylor Eaton had a game of 186.
