Logan Whaley, 20, of 1600 S. Detroit St., was taken into custody on three warrants for failure to appear on prior driving under suspension violations and issued three new traffic citations for driving under suspension.
At midnight Thursday, an officer of the Bellefontaine Police Department on patrol used a radar to track a northbound car traveling at 37 mph in the 300 block of south Main Street, which is a 25-mph zone.
Once stopped, Whaley admitted he did not have driving privileges.
He was taken into custody and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
