A man, woman and child were all injured in a three-vehicle collision on State Route 33 at 6:34 p.m. Friday evening.
Cheryl Elder, 56, of Lakeview, was southbound on Township Road 221 at Huntsville when she failed to stop at a stop sign and traveled into the path of a westbound car driven by David Adkins, 54, of Bellefontaine.
Mr. Adkins’ car then spun into the eastbound lanes of travel and was struck by a tractor-trailer driven by Donald Bodenmiller, age unavailable, of Galloway.
Mr. Adkins, Ms. Elder and Derek McKinnon, 14, a passenger in the Elder pickup truck, were all taken to Mary Rutan Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, deputies report.
Ms. Elder was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Damage was disabling to the Adkins car and the Elder pickup but light to the tractor-trailer.

There were a total of five crashes on slick Logan County roads Friday morning, but only one injury was reported among them, deputies report.
Roberta Spradlin, 57, of West Mansfield, was taken by a Bellefontaine squad to Mary Rutan Hospital after a 7:12 a.m. crash in the 4100 block of State Route 47.
She was westbound when her car traveled off the left side of the road and overturned onto its top.
She was not cited, nor were the other four motorists involved in minor damage slide-off crashes between 6 and 8 a.m. Friday, deputies report.
