Thomas D. Ballard, 72, of Sebring, Fla., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, in Sebring, Fla.
He was born in Raymond on May 2, 1943, to the late Forrest and Azile Reams Ballard. He also was preceded in death by one brother, Dennis Ballard.
Survivors include his wife, Mary E. Ballard of Sebring, Fla.; daughter, Debra Ballard of Ohio; son, Jerry Ballard of Sebring, Fla.; four sisters, Mary Rausch and Patricia Spain, both of Ohio, Karen Moore of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Barbara Bowersmith of Texas; one brother, Jack Ballard of Jacksonville, Fla.; two grandsons, Brice Henry of South Carolina and Travis Henry of Arizona; and four great-grandchildren, Destiny, Garrett, Olivia and Paxton.
Thomas was a truck driver and retired in 1999 from Super Food Service, Inc. He enjoyed motorcycles, golfing and fishing.
He was an avid OSU Buckeye fan and enjoyed playing cards and music. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
