Students from Bellefontaine High School ceramics classes recently joined together with local businesses to offer springtime cheer to residents at Luther Community. Pupils created ceramic vases, then filled them with fresh cut flowers. Carnations were donated by Dorcey’s Flowers in Bellefontaine. Tulips and daffodils were donated by Village Flower Farm in Yellow Springs (owned by BHS Spanish teacher Laura Skidmore). The final delivery was made by BHS students from the service learning class taught by Rick Reed and Chris Miller. The BHS art teachers are Aaron Gregor, Hannah Rodenhausen and Melanie Antram Ingraham. (BCS PHOTO)
