Question marks surround backs and receivers

Injuries, disciplinary issues and a lack of proven playmakers have cast a cloud of uncertainty on the running back and receiver positions at Ohio State this season.

While Braxton Miller is the unquestioned leader at quarterback, he will be surrounded by question marks.

Running back was thought to be a spot where the Buckeyes would be deep, but senior Jordan Hall (5-9, 198) injured his foot over the summer and is slated to miss the first several games of the season.

Hall, who has rushed for 817 career yards and five TDs, was listed as the first-string running back coming out of spring ball.
