Raiders finish sweep of Indian Lake, move to 10-0

Benjamin Logan’s softball team surged in the sixth inning and dropped host Indian Lake 6-2 on Wednesday to finish a regular-season sweep of its county rival during Central Buckeye Conference play.

The win also keeps the Raiders’ perfect record intact at 10-0 overall and 6-0 in the league. The Lakers fall to 4-5, 1-4.

Neither team was able to score until the fourth inning when Ben Logan drove in a run in the top of the frame.

Indian Lake moved ahead with two runs in the fifth inning to take a 2-1 lead.

The Raiders took the momentum back in the top of the sixth with four runs. That put them back on top 5-2. They added an insurance run in the seventh.
