With Sgt. Adam Fullerton moving into the jail administrator position effective Feb. 1 and receiving a promotion to lieutenant, there are several other promotions and staffing changes at the Logan County Sheriff’s Office that Logan County Sheriff Randy Dodds discussed this week:
Former dog warden Tim Klingelhofer moves into Sgt. Fullerton’s previous position as assistant jail administrator and will be promoted to sergeant. He began training in the role with Sgt. Fullerton in December, and he previously has worked as a corrections officer for the sheriff’s office.
Patrol deputy Brandi Miles will move into the dog warden position, and she began training with Deputy Klingelhofer in November. With her experience as a patrol deputy, she will be able to provide back-up assistance to deputies while she is on duty, the sheriff said. Sgt. John Godwin has been promoted from the shift supervisor position for the patrol division to the administrative sergeant role, where he is in charge of the school resource officers, court security, the special deputy program, Logan County Fair, along with a number of other assignments.
Deputy Donnie Day has been promoted to sergeant and moved into Sgt. Godwin’s former shift supervisor position for the patrol division.
