Scott C. Storm, 65, of Bellefontaine, was called upon to deliver his last load of stone at 7:15 pm on Friday, April 16, 2021, at Wexner Medical Center, The Ohio State University, Columbus.
He was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on December 6, 1955, the son of the late Richard F. and Sara Jane (Anspach) Storm. He was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Stephanie Storm.
Scott is survived by two sons, Dan (Heather) Storm of Bellefontaine and Robert (Lisa) Storm of Enon; grandchildren: Zalaney, Riggs, Sara, Emily, and Lucy; two brothers, Casey (Deb) Storm and Bruce Storm, both of Bellefontaine; a sister Mary Ann (Randy) Kemp of Lakeview; several nieces and nephews, his right-hand man, Terry, bonus grandchildren; Gracie, Alyssa, Alexis, Dane, Kathryn, Maverick, McKenzie, McKayla, and Maxson.
Scott was a 1974 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School and in 1978, he started his own company, Storm Trucking. There, he shifted gears for 43 years.
Visitation will be Friday, April 23, 2021 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main St. Bellefontaine, Ohio. Pastor Casey Storm, his brother and Pastor Brandon Storm, his nephew, will officiate a Sunrise memorial service at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Bellefontaine. Burial will follow in Bellefontaine Cemetery and the procession will be led by working trucks, and Dan would like to extend an invitation to any others to join the lineup.
Memorial contributions may be made to any charity of the donor’s choice.
