Sarah Alina Lee, 21, of Marysville, died unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016.
She was born Aug. 20, 1994, in Marysville. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Joe Alexander.
She is survived by her mother, Gina M. Lee of Marysville; a sister, Amy (Dan) Pierstorff of Marysville; a brother, Andrew Lee of Rockford; her niece, Hannah Pierstorff; her nephew, Joseph Pierstorff; her grandmother, Johnie Dowler of Bellefontaine; uncles and aunts, Darrell Alexander, Mark (Leta) Alexander, Denise Alexander and Donna (Jim) Huffman; her cousins, Nathan (Abby) Alexander, Jeff (Kristen) Dinovo, Dusty Alexander, Eric Houchin, Haley Alexander, Lindsay Alexander, Dylan Alexander, Cole Kennedy, Elliott Alexander and Thomas Kennedy; and many other relatives and good friends.
She was a children’s swimming instructor and was associated with Goldfish Swim School and Metro Life Fitness, both in Dublin. She attended Columbus State Community College.
An equestrian, she rode horses, mules and donkeys since three years old and participated in several horse clubs. She was a member of Ohio Western and Quarter Horse Association. She received many awards through the North American Mule and Donkey Association.
Her greatest hobby was her family and friends. She will be remembered for her happy-go-lucky attitude and her endless smile.
A memorial service celebrating her life is at 6 p.m. Thursday at Underwood Funeral Home, Marysville, where visitation begins at 2 p.m.
