Jonathon L. Golden, 15, 8250 Indian Drive, Lewistown, who was reported missing overnight, was located and charged with persistent disorderly conduct this morning.
About 1 a.m. today, deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to 8250 Indian Drive, Lewistown, on a report of a runaway juvenile. Jonathon’s mother, Melissa Tevis, 48, said she and her son had been in an argument that evening and afterward, he left the residence and had not returned.
Deputies located the teen about 9 a.m. today and he was lodged in the Logan County Juvenile Detention Center.
Driver cited in C.R. 32 crash
Donald E. King Jr., 62, of West Liberty, was checked Wednesday afternoon by Macochee EMS personnel for possible injuries at the scene of a crash on County Road 32.
Deputies report he was operating a northbound pickup about 3:35 p.m. at Township Road 30 when he drove off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole, causing heavy damage to his vehicle.
The driver was not transported from the scene, and he was cited for failure to control and no seat belt.
