She was a 1968 graduate of Logan Hills High School in Zanesfield, and was retired in 2012 as a tax clerk from the City of Marysville. Rose was born April 7, 1950 in Logan County to the late Lucien F. and Jeanette Wilson Hockett.
She married Daniel K. “Dan” Penhorwood in July of 1984 in Raymond. She is survived by her devoted husband of 35 years, Dan; children Mike and Joel Harrington; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; a brother Danny Hockett; and a host of many friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced and conducted at a later date. Ingram Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
