Two roommates were lodged in the Logan County Jail Tuesday afternoon after they reportedly violated a court-issued no contact order by continuing to live together.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were contacted Tuesday by Logan County Adult Protective Services regarding Wesley Bickle, 53, and Harold Stokes, 67, residing together at 3796 Harrison Road, Bellefontaine.
The no contact order related to a March 18 incident where the roommates allegedly threatened to kill one another during a drunken fight. At that time, Mr. Bickle was charged with aggravated menacing and domestic violence, and Mr. Stokes was charged with domestic violence and using a weapon while intoxicated, as previously reported.
Tuesday, Bellefontaine Municipal Court Judge Ann Beck issued an order to revoke the bonds for the two defendants. Deputies then responded to their address about 2:30 p.m. and transported them to the jail.
