Two roommates were arrested for threatening to kill one another in a drunken fight that apparently started over rent money, deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report.
Wesley Bickle, 53, and Harold Stokes, 67, were taken into custody after deputies were called to their 3796 Harrison Road residence at about 4:15 p.m. Friday.
The two were heavily intoxicated and had been arguing. Mr. Bickle allegedly brandished a small knife and threatened to decapitate Mr. Stokes, who then retrieved a firearm and threatened to shoot Mr. Bickle.
Mr. Bickle was lodged in the Logan County Jail on charges of aggravated menacing and domsetic violence charges and Mr. Stokes was charged with domestic violence and using a weapon while inoxicated.
Disorderly charge filed
Codi Greene, 25, of 5601 Township Road 55, was arrested at his residence for disorderly conduct after an incident at about 7:30 p.m. Friday.
