Shine FM representatives announce that upon receiving approval from the Logan County Health District, Rock the Lake 2020 will take place on Saturday, Aug. 1, at a new venue — the Logan County Fairgrounds.
Rock the Lake is a contemporary Christian concert for the whole family, which includes music and food vendors.
The event begins at 4:30 p.m. with national Christian recording artists Tenth Avenue North in one of their final performances as a band.
Other artists include Britt Nicole, Stars Go Dim and We Are Messengers.
General admission tickets are $10 per person through online, advanced sale that are available through Friday, July 31. Reserved seating tickets are $30, through online, advanced sale only.
Tickets are also available at the gate for $20 each, cash only.
Attendees should plan to take their own seating. Every attendee is also asked to observe social distancing and proper handwashing while at the event.
Merchandise and food vendors will be available on site.
Parking will be at the Bellefontaine High School (which supports the music boosters), the former Pine Avenue school lot (which supports the academic boosters), and TP Lanes, 300 E. Lake Ave., at an additional cost of $3 per vehicle.
Handicap parking is available at no charge at the fairgrounds, but all vehicles must show a current handicap placard.
