Ridgemont Board of Education members voted at a special meeting Monday evening to hire Amanda Holland as a replacement for longtime assistant treasurer, Lori Harp.
Ms. Harp’s resignation is effective the end of March. Ms. Holland will begin her duties March 14 for training prior to taking over full-time, and her contract runs through June 30.
In other personnel matters, the board approved Christine Payne and Matthew VanScoy as substitute bus drivers, and also hired Ms. Payne and Mr. VanScoy, along with Dee Jordan, as regular route bus drivers for the 2016-17 school year.
The next regular meeting is 5 p.m. March 17, in the school conference room.
