The Bellefontaine Arby’s Restaurant, 1726 S. Main St., was evacuated at about noon Sunday after a vehicle struck a gas meter outside the building.
Bellefontaine police and firefighters stood by while Vectren employees responded to the restaurant to repair the problem. Customers and emploiyes reported smelling gas inside the building after the minor collision on the exterior, officers report.
