Benjamin Logan’s baseball team clinched the outright Central Buckeye Conference Mad River division championship with a 15-3 six-inning rout of host London on Friday.
Ben Logan is now 20-1 overall and 12-1 in the CBC. London drops to 2-12, 0-11.
Ben Logan jumped out to a 7-0 lead after three innings.
London tried to claw back with a run in the fourth and two in the fifth to make the score 7-3, but the Raiders exploded for eight runs in the sixth inning to put the game away.
Ben Logan benefited from 13 London walks.
Nolan Roose went 2-3 with a double and two RBI and Kade Arn had a double and three RBI to spark the BL offense.
Also adding an RBI were Brady Burrey, Trey Allen, Carter Rees, Kainan Stoner, Austin McGowan and Ethan Ricketts.
Arn earned the win on the mound for Ben Logan, going five innings with seven strikeouts and three unearned runs.
Rees worked the sixth inning and struck out one.

Chiefs bounce Falcons
Host Bellefontaine knocked off Graham 7-3 in a Central Buckeye Conference baseball game Friday afternoon.
The Chiefs improve to 8-9 overall and 5-8 in the CBC. Graham drops to 11-8, 6-7.
Bellefontaine led 2-0 after the opening inning. The Chiefs added a run in the third and two in the fourth for a 5-0 lead.
Graham scored a pair of runs in the top of the fifth to make the score 5-2.
The Chiefs responded with a run in the bottom of the fifth and another in the sixth for a 7-2 advantage.
The Falcons rounded out the scoring with a run in the seventh.
Jarrid Baughman earned the win on the mound for the Chiefs. He went five innings, allowed three hits, one earned run and struck out seven.
Chris Fogan worked the final two innings and struck out two.
Offensively for the Chiefs, Markus Brugler went 2-3 with a home run and two RBI, Ethan Moore had a triple and two RBI and Alex Pulfer added an RBI.
Bellefontaine is back in action today at home against Ft. Loramie.

Kenton Ridge slips past IL
Kenton Ridge clawed out a 1-0 win over host Indian Lake in a Central Buckeye Conference baseball game Friday.
The Lakers are now 12-8 overall and 7-6 in the CBC. The Cougars improve to 14-5, 11-2.
The Cougars scored the game’s lone run in the fourth inning.
Indian Lake managed only a pair of hits, one by Brandon Villa and the other by Isaac Roby.
Trenton Fulkerson pitched a strong game on the mound for the Lakers. He did not allow an earned run and struck out six in six innings.
The Lakers are back in action Monday at North Union.

Triad tops Tigers
Visiting Triad rolled past West Liberty-Salem 10-3 in Ohio Heritage Conference baseball action Friday.
The Cardinals improve to 11-7 overall and 7-5 in the OHC. The Tigers drop to 7-10, 7-5.
Triad exploded with a nine-run first inning and never looked back.
Drew Campbell and Ayden Spriggs each had doubles and Jalen Nott had two RBI to lead the Triad offense.
Spriggs went the distance on the mound to get the win. He struck out six and allowed five hits and five walks.
Both team are back in action today. Triad hosts Marion Harding and the Tigers are at home against Kenton Ridge.
