City officials met Monday with the owner of a distressed downtown building and he assured them he will address the weakened and failing brick facade at 214 S. Main St.
“I’m encouraged that he (William Greider) has been up here and that he is aware and concerned about the problem,” Service-Safety Director James Holycross said today. “He has said he will address the issues.
“I’ll be more encouraged when we see him do it.”
