Glen Anthony Lemoine, 64, of Belle Center, passed away at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at his residence.
He was born in Opelousas, La., on April 18, 1953, to the late William and Rita Lemoine.
On Dec. 11, 1982, in Opelousas, La., he married the former Kathy Quebedeaux and she survives.
He is also survived by his children, William Russel (Leeann) Lemoine, Thomas Anthony (Shabria) Lemoine and Christine Kay (Andrew) MacConnell; grandchildren, William, Breanne, Jayme and Abigail Lemoine, and Audrey MacConnell; daughter-in-law, Ashley C. Starr; sister, Phyllis (Michael) Bourque; brother, Phillip (Lisa) Lemoine; and many nieces and nephews.
Glen enjoyed racing, and especially drag racing. He was a member of the NHRA and the Knights of Columbus in Louisiana Glen loved soccer and started the soccer association in Opelousas. He was also an avid New Orleans Saints fan. All who knew Glen will truly miss him.
Pastor Bryan Meadows officiates a memorial service at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 18, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 306 N. Elizabeth St., Belle Center, where visitation is an hour prior to the service.
