Diana L. Brown, 60, of Marysville, died peacefully early Friday morning, Nov. 17, 2017, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was a coordinator at Honda of America for 21 years. A woman of great faith, she was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Marysville. An avid reader, she also loved to scrapbook and enjoyed riding her bike along the bike path near her house. A dedicated wife, devoted mother and loving Nana, she loved to spend as much time with her family and friends as she possibly could. She will be remembered by her loved ones as the strongest woman they have ever known, and she will be deeply missed.
Diana was born April 3, 1957, in Marion to Ora J. and Onedia M. Wiley Fitch. She was preceded in death by her father, Ora.
She married George W. Brown on Sept. 15, 2001, at the Trinity Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, George; their children, Stacy (Dan) Hodgson, Shelly (Aaron) Crider, Heather Brown and Matthew (Whitney) Smith; grandchildren, Hannah, Hunter, Kolton, Kenzington and Madelyn; mother and father Onedia and James Riley; mother Tina Fitch; siblings, Jim (D. Ann) Riley, Rich (Tammy) Riley, Randy (Linda) Bender, Ronnie (Diane) Bender, Glenna (Dwight) Leupp, Linda (Glen) Jerome, Judy Jacobs and Kim (Dave) Pearse; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, at Ingram Funeral Home, Marysville, where a celebration of life service begins at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, with the Rev. Barry Scott officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Union County Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
