Carl W. “Wynne” McCullough, 74, of Kenton, passed away at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2015, at home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Mt. Victory on May 14, 1940, to the late Clair and Frances Kelsey McCullough. He also was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Russ Hogue.
On May 28, 1966, he married his loving wife of 48 years, the former Carolyn L. Hanna, and she survives in Kenton, along with two sons, Nick (Carrie) McCullough of Grove City and Kerry McCullough of Kenton; two daughters, Lisa (Scott) McIntosh of Dayton and Meg Hogue of Belle Center; seven grandchildren; three brothers, Bruce (Mary Alice) McCullough of Pennsylvania and Dean (Andrea) McCullough and Ken (Betty) McCullough, both of Mt. Victory; one brother-in-law, Mark (Brenda) Hanna of Kenton; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Carl graduated from Mt. Victory High School in 1958 and was an avid Buckeye and Reds fan.
The Rev. Scott Johnson officiates a funeral at 11 a.m. Friday, March 13, at Price Funeral Home, Kenton, where visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 12. Burial is in Wolfcreek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hardin County Hospice and the Hardin County Humane Society.
