Ola Mae Ratleff, 80, Bellefontaine, passed away at 2:50 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, 2019, at her home. She was born in Brownsville, Pa., on Aug. 16, 1938, the daughter of the late Lonnie James and Ada Elizebeth Woods McConnal.
On Aug. 8, 1958, she married Ralph Ratleff, and he preceded her in death Nov. 21, 2003. She is also preceded her in death by her three children, Dawn Renee in 1979, Ralph Jr. in 1988 and Glenda Marie in 2016.
She leaves behind three grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She raised two great-granddaughters, who though the years, became as her own children, Kiley, Kayla and later Kelsey.
Ola gave her life to Christ in 1965 and was a member of Christ Our King Church, Bellefontaine. She enjoyed doing puzzles and crafts and loved reading her Bible.
Pastor Robin Ricks officiates a Home Going service at noon Tuesday, Aug. 20, at Christ Our King Church, 1325 County Road 9, Bellefontaine, following visitation that begins at 11 a.m. Burial is in Bellefontaine Cemetery at a later date.
