BMS students volunteer at marathon

On Sunday, 31 students from Bellefontaine Middle School volunteered their time and energy at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon.

The students led by Clifton Core, Jordan Reser and Bob Core helped pick up trash around the finish area, handed out water and food to runners and supported the marathon directors. They were praised by runners, race staff and vendors for their hard work and positive attitude.

This is the fifth year that Clifton Core has taken students to volunteer at the marathon.
