1992 graduate, Reames returns to address BHS Class of 2015

Bellefontaine High School graduates the Class of 2015 during commencement exercises slated for 4 p.m. Sunday at AcuSport Stadium.

Aaron S. Reames is the featured speaker for the ceremony, during which he also will be honored among the five 2015 BHS Distinguished Alumni recipients. 

The other award recipients will include Ronald E. Hadley, Brandon K. Standley and the late Joseph S. Vicario and the late Dr. David K. Heydinger. 

The Distinguished Alumni award honors “alumni whose actions and achievements, whether in their professional life or human service to community bring honor and distinction to the academic heritage of Bellefontaine High School.”

Criteria for nomination include at least 10 years since graduation from the school and a demonstration of “significant success in the professional arena or significant contribution in service to community, state or nation.”

Coordinated by the Academic Boosters Club, the selection process began in the fall with acceptance of nominations and the submission of completed applications. Nomination forms for the 2016 BHS Distinguished Alumni Award are available on the district Web site, www.bellefontaine.k12.oh.us

A 1992 Bellefontaine High School graduate, Mr. Reames received his bachelor of science in biology from The Ohio State University and his master of business administration from Franklin University.
