Brother lodged after domestic dispute



Justin L. Wilson, 29, of 3405 E. State Route 273, Rushsylvania, was charged with domestic violence Wednesday following an incident at his address. 

Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded about 7:30 p.m. to his sister, Krystal Wilson’s address, 5814 County Road 26, Bellefontaine. 

Ms. Wilson, 24, reported that she went to her brother’s address that day to speak with him about supporting her for a child custody case. Their discussion reportedly became physical, and she said her brother assaulted her. 

Deputies observed that she sustained minor visible injuries to her face and upper back.

Then deputies went to Mr. Wilson’s address, and he alleged that his sister had assaulted him. A scratch was observed on his arm. 

Another witness to the incident indicated that Mr. Wilson was the primary aggressor. Mr. Wilson was arrested and transported to the Logan County Jail. 



• James D. Archer, 32, of 8927 W. State Route 274, Lewistown, was charged with disorderly conduct following a Wednesday evening incident. 

Deputies responded about 6:30 p.m. to a residence on County Road 55 in reference to a well-being check for Mr. Archer. They spoke with family members at that location, and they indicated that Mr. Archer might be at a residence along Township Road 163 near West Liberty. 

He was located walking in a field near T.R. 163. Deputies observed that he was highly intoxicated, and he was transported to the Logan County Jail.
