Andrew M. Moran, 20, of 9010 State Route 368, Huntsville, was issued a summons for domestic violence related to an incident Saturday evening.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to his address in reference to a possible domestic dispute.
Moran’s girlfriend reported to deputies that she had left the residence in her vehicle. She met with deputies in the area of state routes 366 and 368. While speaking with her, deputies noted that she was visibly upset, but she did not report any injuries.
She told deputies that the couple had been in an argument that day and he allegedly threw items around the home and held her against a wall. When she tried to leave the residence, she said he began striking her vehicle with his fists and damaged both of her side mirrors. Deputies observed the damage to her vehicle.
Deputies made contact with Moran at the residence. He denied physically restraining his girlfriend, but admitted to causing damage to the vehicle. He was issued the summons.
