Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report a 78-year-old woman who was reported missing by her daughter Monday evening was located unharmed a short time later on a front porch of an area residence.
Patsiene Foreman, a resident of Blair Avenue, was located sitting on a porch in the 600 block of north Main St. about 7:15 p.m. after being reported missing at 6 p.m. She told officers that she had been walking for some time and she was ready to return home.
Her daughter, Tiffany Horne, told officers that cameras at the home indicated that Foreman had left the house about 2:30 p.m. and Horne was concerned because her mother suffers from dementia.
