Logan County Sheep Improvement Association hosts banquet

Logan County’s sheep industry was celebrated at Thursday night’s 74th annual banquet of the Logan County Sheep Improvement Association at the Rushsylvania Church of Christ.

Tim Lyden, president of the association, served as emcee and introduced Kaitlyn Stillion of Guernsey County, the Ohio Lamb and Wool Queen, who announced Kayla Cummins as the 2019 Lamb & Wool Queen and Kyleigh Duff as the 2019 Lamb & Wool Princess.

Kayla is a freshman at Indian Lake High School, where she participates in FFA, golf and track. She is a member of the Miami Valley Producers 4-H Club and is a daughter of Brad and Jacey Cummins.

Kyleigh is a seventh-grader at Riverside Local Schools and is a member of the Riverside Hustlers 4-H Club. She is a daughter of Matt and Laura Duff.
