Michael Sabo, 49, of Russells Point, was placed under arrest for persistent disorderly conduct and Adrian Miller, 39, of Troy, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct related to an incident Wednesday afternoon.
Officers of the Washington Township Police Department responded about 4 p.m. to Fun and Sun RV, 8127 State Route 366, Russells Point, on the report of two males fighting.
Upon arrival, officers met with Sabo and Miller. Miller stated that he was trying to leave the businesses but was unable to because of Sabo harassing him. Sabo slammed the driver’s side mirror of Miller’s truck at which point Miller exited his vehicle. A physical altercation then ensued, officers said.
Sabo yelled and cursed at officers after he was advised both parties were being summoned to court.
Sabo was placed under arrest for persistent disorderly conduct and transported to the Logan County Jail.
Miller was issued the summons and was released from the scene.
