Ronnie J. Scholl, 39, of Sidney, and Tyler Oakley, 31, at-large, were arrested and charged with felony counts of trafficking in drugs; and possession of drugs, and possession of criminal tools, respectively, after officers recovered suspected methamphetamine, heroin, steroids and drug paraphernalia during a search of the residence that began about 11:45 a.m.
