Nancy K. Miller, 73, of West Liberty, passed away at 10:37 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2016, at the OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus
She was born in West Liberty on Feb. 18, 1943, to Helen M. Stout Ransbottom and the late William M. Ransbottom. She also was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Richard Douglas and Madison Miller; and a brother, Terry Ransbottom.
On March 2, 1962, she married Douglas Miller in Lima and he survives, along with their two sons, Greg (Connie) Miller and Rick (Pellar) Miller; six grandchildren, Natalie (Duane) Harrington, Mollie (Tommy) Payne, Justin (Holly) Miller, Morgan Miller, Brad (Jacqui) Miller and Maycee Miller; three stepgrandchildren, Makenzee Daniels, Kaycee (Sammy) Brown and Karli Daniels; three great-grandchildren, Liam, Harley and Leighton; three great-stepgrandchildren, T.J., Shelby and Aiden; a sister, Shirley (Howard) Warye; a sister-in-law, Pat Ransbottom; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A homemaker, Nancy was a 1961 graduate of West Liberty High School. She enjoyed working with stained glass, fishing, mushroom hunting and most especially spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Pastor Dick Barrett officiates a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 26, in Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty.
