Steven K. Rister, 29, of 201 Meadowbrook Drive, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and was cited for failure to drive in the marked lanes of the road after an 11:35 p.m. traffic stop Saturday.
He was stopped in the 400 block of north Main Street after an officer of the Bellefontaine Police Department on patrol observed his southbound pickup truck cross the center line several times.
Field sobriety tests indicated he was impaired by alcohol but he declined to take a breathalyzer test.
• Travis Rhoads, 22, of 1062 Heritage Drive, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and cited for failure to drive in the marked lanes of the road, failure to control and driving under suspension after a 5 a.m. crash Saturday.
He was eastbound in the 500 block of west Columbus Avenue and passed out. His car traveled left of center and struck a parked car registered to Kylie Dolan.
Field sobriety tests indicated he was impaired by alcohol and breathalyzer samples were 0.16.
Damage was heavy to the vehicles.
Teens face charges
Two teenagers and a 12-year-old boy were charged with delinquency counts for violating curfew on Thursday.
Kodey Triplett, 16, of 312 W. High Ave.; Navin M. Stanley, 17, of 118 W. Auburn Ave.; and the 12-year-old were observed near Kennedy Street and High around 11:20 p.m. All were cited and released to parents.
• Layne D. Williams, 17, of DeGraff, was charged last week with delinquency assault after a series of attacks on a co-worker at KFC, 817 S. Main St.
The victim, Connor Davis, told police he was targeted 13 times and video surveillance documented several, including one, in which, the suspect hit the victim with a mop handle and locked him in a freezer.
Warrants lead to arrests
Holli C. Stiles, 41, at large, was arrested Saturday on a Franklin County warrant for possession of drugs and a parole violation and charged with illegal use of drug paraphernalia after a 4 p.m. traffic stop Saturday.
Three capsules of suspect heroin were found in her purse along with a digital scale.
She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
• Derek W. Horne, 30, of 224 E. Auburn Ave., was picked up over the weekend on a warrant for failure to appear.
