Bellefontaine’s Sebella Martin and Benjamin Logan’s Coreen Crosby delivered winning performances to lead the area teams on the first day of action Thursday in the Division II district track and field meet at Graham High School.

Martin won an individual district title in the shot put with a throw of 38-9 and Crosby won an individual district title in the high jump with a height of 5-2.
Ben Logan’s Logan Cox also qualified to the regional meet on Thursday by placing second in the boys pole vault with a height of 13-0.
The top four placers in each event advance to the Division II regional meet next week at the University of Dayton.
The Division II district finals at Graham conclude Saturday with field events at 3 p.m. and running events at 3:30 p.m.
