RODENBERGER |
Timothy Rodenberger, 51, at large, was arrested Monday for assault and persistent disorderly conduct after he was thrown out of an Indian Lake residence.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were called to Tamara Bochard’s 11571 Chickasaw Path, Lakeview, home around 7:30 p.m. and learned she told him to leave after an argument.
He allegedly pushed her during the confrontation. Deputies ordered him to leave and he began to walk away, all the while cursing at them.
He soon stopped, turned around and walked back toward deputies. When he got near, he put his hands behind his back, told them to jail him and turned away so they could handcuff him.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Driver cited in crash
Robert Berry, 41, of Marysville, was cited for driving left of center in a two-vehicle crash around 10:20 a.m. Monday on County Road 10 near Township Road 129.
He was operating a westbound van that crossed the center line of the road and hit the mirror of an eastbound car operated by Jenneth Boudrow, 68, of East Liberty. Damage was light.
