Kane M. Kuhn, 24, of 7827 County Road 54, Lewistown, was charged with domestic violence related to an incident at his residence Thursday evening.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded about 11:25 p.m. to a report of a domestic dispute.
Upon arrival, deputies met with Kuhn’s wife, who said she and her friend had arrived home to find Kuhn extremely intoxicated. She said she helped him to the bathroom, and that’s when he “attacked” her.
His wife said Kuhn forced her to the floor and placed her in a headlock. Her friend said she heard her calling for help and went to assist.
Deputies also were able to view video of the incident.
While speaking with the defendant, deputies found that he was very intoxicated and also that he was covered in vomit. He refused to detail to deputies what had happened that evening.
Kuhn was placed under arrest and was transported to the Logan County Jail. A report also has been sent to the Bellefontaine Municipal Prosecutor’s Office and to Logan County Children’s Services. Several children were home at the time of the incident.
