Ernest J. Harber, 31, at large, was arrested Sunday after he was found asleep in a pickup truck at MIG Motors, 1751 S. Main St., around 10:50 p.m.
He was charged with falsification, obstructing official business and vehicle trespass.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report Harber was found by a witness who was perusing vehicles in the dealership’s lot. Harber as inside a pickup asleep, the witness informed police dispatchers.
Officers arrived and talked to Harber, who lied about his identity and and claimed he was having blood sugar problems.
A Bellefontaine squad arrived and found his blood sugar levels were within normal ranges. Harber continued to maintain he was not feeling well and was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital for further evaluation.
Upon medical clearance, he was taken into custody and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
