Michael L. Riley, 43, of 312 E. Columbus Ave., Apt. 4, was charged today with domestic violence, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department.
He ordered Danielle Hall of Marysville to pack up and leave in the morning after a 1:45 a.m. argument.
He then allegedly shoved her several times after she turned on a light in the bedroom as he lay on the couch.
There were red marks on the upper arms of Ms. Hall, police reported. She left with a friend and a summons was issued to Mr. Riley.
Warrants served
Kenneth J. Giron, 35, of 1012 Heritage Court, was served warrants for failure to appear and failure to file and/or pay city income tax and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was spotted around 12:15 a.m. today riding a bicycle in the parking lot of Fontaine Plaza shopping center, 1700 S. Main St., and was stopped for a field interview.
Officers let him continue on with his ride home from work but a warrant check revealed he was wanted. He was stopped in the 1400 block of south Main Street.
He had a pipe for smoking marijuana.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail and his bicycle was released to a friend.
