A Logan County grand jury handed up the following indictments this month:
• Thomas R. Hoskins, 38, of Bellefontaine: aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree;
• Michael A. Craig, 43, at large: two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, felonies of the fourth degree; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a felony of the fifth degree; and aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree;
• Tiffani J. Hunter: possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree; two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, felonies of the third degree; and four counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, felonies of the fourth degree;
• Morganne J. Landon, 26, at large: burglary, a felony of the third degree; misdemeanor misuse of credit cards; and theft from a person in a protected class, a felony of the fifth degree;
• Jesse R. Fulmer, 36, of Belle Center: misdemeanor failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer; and aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree;
• William H. Jervis, 69, of Zanesfield: failure to appear, a felony of the fourth degree; and five counts of intimidation, felonies of the third degree;
• April D. Cole, 40, of Bellefontaine: aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree; possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree; misdemeanor possessing drug abuse instruments; misdemeanor operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs; and two misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest;
• William H. Harrington, 73, of Ridgeway: identity fraud, a felony of the fourth degree; and possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree;
• Zackariah Coleman, 33, at large: failure to appear, a felony of the fourth degree;
• Stacy R. Shirk, 65, of Bellefontaine: two counts of domestic violence, felonies of the fourth degree; and two counts of retaliation, felonies of the third degree;
• Kyle W. Poe, 28, of Bellefontaine: domestic violence, a felony of the third degree;
• Corina A. Summers, 30, at large: breaking and entering, a felony of the fifth degree; obstructing justice, a felony of the fifth degree; and receiving stolen property, a felony of the fourth degree;
• Jeffrey R.
