At least three local people have got an added bonus this tax season as part of the tax filing company H&R Block’s $32 million giveaway.
Bellefontaine resident Jessica Clarkson, who stopped in the 120 S. Main St. store Wednesday to pick up an oversize check for $1,000, was the second winner at the Bellefontaine location, senior tax adviser Donald Pippin said.
“This is the first year they’ve done it, but we’ve had a couple of winners already,” Mr. Pippin said.
