The Hillker Heat swim team was defeated by the Miami County YMCA recently in the final home meet of the season.
The Hilliker boys outscored Miami County 107-105, but Miami County prevailed 283-142 in the combined team scores.
For the boys in the 8-and-under division, Beckham Harman was first in the 25 freestyle, first in the 50 freestyle and third in the 25 butterfly and Antonio Avalos was first in the 20 backstroke and fifth in the 25 freestyle.
In the boys 9-10 age group, the 200 medley relay team placed first and the 200 freestyle relay team was first, Lucas Harrington was first in the 200 freestyle and third in the 50 freestyle, Aidan Mifsud was second in the 200 freestyle and second in the 50 breaststroke, Jacob Salyer was first in the 100 individual medley, first in the 50 butterfly and fourth in the 50 breaststroke, Kai Thompson was third in the 50 breaststroke and fourth in the 50 freestyle, John Fulmer was second in the 100 freestyle, fourth in the 50 backstroke and was fifth in the 50 freestyle, Nolan Core was fourth in the 100 freestyle and sixth in the 50 freestyle and Cooper Harman was third in the 100 freestyle.
