Indian Lake’s boys basketball team used a big fourth-quarter effort to put away visiting Kenton Ridge 63-51 Tuesday in Central Buckeye Conference crossover action.
The Lakers have won four in a row and are now 11-7 overall. The Cougars dropped their second straight and slide to 9-10.
Indian Lake grabbed a 17-10 lead after the opening quarter, but was outscored 13-5 in the second quarter to fall behind 23-22 at halftime.
The Lakers regained their footing in the third quarter with a 17-12 run. That put the hosts back on top at 39-35.
