Jeremy Ray Stevens, age 42, born on August 10, 1979, son of Ray Stevens and Kathie Vittorio (Frazier), unexpectedly passed away on Sunday October 10, 2021, at St. Rita’s Medical Center of Lima, surrounded by his loved ones.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his father Ray Stevens, Daughter Hadie Stevens, and Niece Aubrey Perez.
Jeremy is survived by his Mother Kathie (Rick) Vittorio of Westerville, Stepfather (Pops) Curtis Frazier of Ridgeway, Son Dominic Smith of Urbana, and Daughters Paisley Stevens of Bellefontaine, and Reagan, Sisters Brandy (Brett) Zachariah of Lima, Amber (L.J.) Shonebarger of Marysville, Bobbie Jo (Matt) Parsons of Rushsylvania, Stacey (Chuckie) Scott of Ridgeway; several nieces and nephews and his girlfriend Bethany Lasseter.
Jeremy’s laugh and smile was contagious. Everyone around him always left with a smile and a story to tell. His laugh was one of a kind and unforgettable. He loved milkshakes, German chocolate cake, all of Momma’s cooking, and spending time with his family and friends. Jeremy enjoyed fishing, wrestling with his children, fast cars and burning rubber. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. Jeremy was a certified welder and a mechanic. He was a well-known tattoo artist.
His downfalls will never outweigh his triumphs and legacy. He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18, at Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Hathaway Cemetery in West Mansfield.
