Indian Lake’s wrestling team went 5-0 on Saturday to claim first-place at its own Laker Duals.
The closest dual of the day for the Lakers was a 48-40 win over Stebbins. Cincinnati Moeller brought a mix of varsity and junior varsity kids to earn a runner-up finish.
“It was a solid day for our guys,” said Indian Lake head coach Ryan Dickson. “It was nice to see our wrestlers compete hard and win their own tournament.”
Highlighting the tournament for the Lakers was senior 220-pounder Steven Major, who was recognized for recording his 100th career win.
