The Logan County Health District has expanded availability of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations to individuals age 12 and older, beginning Monday, May 17.
Walk-in hours for COVID-19 vaccinations are from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Wednesday at the LCHD office, 310 S. Main St.
Participants can also schedule an appointment with LCHD at https://gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov/.
Those ages 12-15 must have a parent or guardian present at the time of vaccination. Parents are recommended to take their driver’s license or photo ID and insurance card (if available).
Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) COVID-19 vaccines are available for Ohioans age 18 and older. However, the LCHD is only offering Pfizer vaccinations at this time.
The health district also is able to travel to businesses, group activities and other locations throughout Logan County to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to employees, family members and community members. If interested, please call (937) 651-6244 for clinic scheduling information.
Individuals who are homebound may call (937) 651-6244 to arrange in-home vaccinations.
