Harrison Edward Van Hoose, 76 of Greenville, and formerly of Indian Lake, passed away on Sunday April 5, 2020, at 1:59 a.m. at Rest Haven Nursing Home, Greenville.
He was born April 2, 1944 in Glo, Ky., the son of the late Nathan and Nancy (Conley) Van Hoose. He worked as a painter in several factories in Lima. He enjoyed making art and played drums in a three-person band for 30 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his son: Mark Van Hoose; his sisters: Pauline Phillips, Blanche Collins, Magdeline Burkett, Ethel Watkins; brothers: Ralph Van Hoose and Bob Van Hoose.
He is survived by his children: Eric (Laura) Van Hoose of Arcanum, Lori Daniels (Jim Smith) of Belle Center; grandchildren: Abbi Van Hoose, Evan Van Hoose, Jason Daniels, Sabrina Daniels; his sister: Betty McGinnis of Galon; numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville.
