Logan County Board of Elections officials announce that Feb. 18 is the deadline for voter registration for those who plan to exercise their right to vote in the March 17 Presidential Primary Election, to meet the 30-day registration deadline as required by law.
In addition, anyone who has moved since they last voted and has not done a change of address with the Board of Elections should do so by the same deadline.
Registrations forms are available at Logan County Board of Elections, 225 S. Main St. , Bellefontaine, during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Also, special voter registration hours are planned for 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 18, at the board of elections.
Registrations are also accepted by the following authorized agencies during their regular business hours:
Knowlton Library and Logan County District Libraries, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Department of Job and Family Services, Logan County Health District, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Services Board of Logan and Champaign Counties, Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Logan County Treasurer and the Ohio Secretary of State.

Qualifications to vote in the March 17 Presidential Primary Election include:
• must be a US citizen;
• must be a resident of Ohio for 30 days prior to the election;
• must register to vote 30 days prior to the election; and
• must be at least 18 years of age by Nov. 3, 2020.
