Bellefontaine Easton Water rallied to clip Mechanicsburg 4-3 on Saturday afternoon to win the Comstock-Smith Memorial summer baseball tournament at Blue Jacket Park.
The tournament honored Bellefontaine policer officer Craig Comstock and Benjamin Logan athletes Robbie and Wyatt Smith, who passed away in the past year.
Easton Water finishes the summer season with a 10-6 record.
Mechanicsburg jumped ahead 3-1 after the top of the third inning Saturday.
Bellefontaine came back to score two runs in the bottom of the frame to tie the game 3-3.
Easton Water was able to squeeze out a run in the bottom of the fifth inning to pull ahead 4-3.
The Bellefontaine defense held up the rest of the way to hold off Mechanicsburg and lock up the win.
Alex Pulfer pitched a complete game three-hitter to pick up the win for Easton Water. He finished with seven strikeouts.
Offensively for Bellefontaine, Cole Comstock had two hits, Alex Caudill had one hit with an RBI, while Ethan Moore, Markus Brugler and Jayden Campbell all added hits.
