Mary Rutan Hospital announced this week the addition of Kristina Caine, MD, to Mary Rutan Hospital Obstetrics & Gynecology.
“Dr. Caine is committed to providing personalized care to women of all ages,” MRH officials said. “She brings her passion for women’s health to every patient she cares for and is deeply committed to helping her patients achieve their best state of health.”
Raised in Florida as a first-generation Cuban American, Dr. Caine completed her undergraduate degree in microbiology and molecular biology at the University of Central Florida and medical school at the University of Florida.
She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and has special interests in breastfeeding medicine, labor-management and preventative healthcare.
Dr. Caine and her family dreamed of living in the country and having a small farm, so after a brief time in Japan, she found her way back to Central Ohio. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two young children.
The new addition joins Dr. Janet Zurovchak, Dr. Alene Yeater, Dr. Nicholas Morton, Dr. Norman Greene and Kelley Dyer, Certified Nurse Midwife.
Mary Rutan Hospital Obstetrics & Gynecology provides comprehensive quality Ob/Gyn care that includes high-risk and low-risk pregnancy care, yearly female exams, comprehensive gynecological care and more.
