Dorothy Ellen Krouse, 84, of Belle Center passed away on Sunday, Nov. 22, 2020, at St. Rita’s Medical Center. Dorothy was born the daughter of Paul Ebert and Ellen Christine (Bugg) Williams on November 14, 1936 in Lakeview.
Dorothy is survived by her loving family, children Terry (Linda) Penny, Greg S. (Stephanie) Krouse, and Stephanie (Wes) Godwin, 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, brother Rick (Marsha) Williams and several other family members and friends.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Robert Eugene Penny, and her second husband of 50 glorious years, John Krouse, and her brother Jim Williams.
Dorothy was a wonderful, outgoing and friend to everyone. She retired from the Richland Township Fire Department after 30 years of courageous dedication. She also worked at K&K Dairy Corner for 28 years. She was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church, DeGraff. She loved all kids, baking, dancing, county music, animals and long golf cart rides through the streets of Belle Center. Dorothy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be missed by all who love her.
Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 27, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with services to follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Bruce Keeling officiating at Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 306 N. Elizabeth St., Belle Center. Interment at Huntsville Cemetery.
